ABOUT THE WANNEROO SHOOTING COMPLEX
The Wanneroo Shooting Complex Inc (WSC) is an incorporated body established in 1982 to hold and manage a lease over vacant crown land at Pinjar, Perth, Western Australia designated for shooting activities. Ten individual clubs hold Formal Agreements with the WSC to conduct their shooting disciplines and operate rifle ranges, pistol ranges and shotgun ranges on the WSC Lease and it is these individual clubs are the members of the WSC.
The WSC itself is not a shooting club nor is it a public shooting or rifle range open to the general public and no firearms or ammunition are stored at the Complex.
Please note that the Complex front gate is locked during weekdays and to access the Complex and Club ranges members will need a key from their Club.
During the weekends the Complex gate is open however you do need to be a member or a guest of one of the Club's to use the ranges.
The WSC currently consists of 10 ranges each of which were designed for a specific shooting club and the shooting disciplines for that club's Association rules:
To shoot on a Club's range you need to be a member of that Club or be an invited guest however new shooters are welcome and they are encouraged to contact the Clubs should they be interested in joining a club.
All Clubs will cater for individual membership, family membership and junior membership and seek to promote positive environments
that are free from discrimination and harassment.
